Do you accept insurance?
Yes! We accept multiple insurances including Cigna, United Healthcare, UMR, Anthem, CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, Aetna, Sentara Health Plans, Carelon Behavioral Health, Quest Behavioral Health, Oxford, and Oscar.
Can I contact my therapist or prescriber between appointments?
Once you begin care with Brighter Tomorrows, you will have a patient portal through which you can schedule and reschedule appointments, obtain information about your diagnosis, complete assessments requested by your provider, and message your provider 24/7.
What does treatment with Brighter Tomorrows look like?
Medication
After your initial evaluation and diagnosis session, ongoing check-ins are required every 60-days to discuss and/or update your treatment plan and fill your prescriptions. Medications are sent to the pharmacy of your choice. Cost for medications is separate and based on your insurance.
Counseling
Includes a personalized care plan, regular progress assessments, 50-minute video therapy sessions.
Medication + Counseling
You are able to combine your medication check-ins and counseling sessions together for convenience and cost-savings.
