FAQ’s

Do you accept insurance?

We’ve intentionally built our service plans to be as affordable as possible for those without insurance and compared to most other providers within our industry.  But due to many challenges within the mental healthcare space, we do not accept insurance at this time but can always provide a superbill for you to submit as an out-of-network claim to your insurer for reimbursement.  Amount of reimbursement will depend on your specific insurer and benefits package.

We may accept insurance in the future.

Can I contact my therapist or prescriber between appointments?

Once you begin care with Brighter Tomorrows, you will have a patient portal through which you can schedule and reschedule appointments, obtain information about your diagnosis, complete assessments requested by your provider, and message your provider 24/7.

What does treatment with Brighter Tomorrows look like?

Medication

After your initial evaluation and diagnosis session, ongoing check-ins are required every 90-days to discuss and/or update your treatment plan and fill your prescriptions.  Medications are sent to the pharmacy of your choice.  Cost for medications is separate and based on your insurance.

Counseling

Includes a personalized care plan, regular progress assessments, 50-minute video therapy sessions.

Medication + Counseling

You are able to combine your medication check-ins and counseling sessions together for convenience and cost-savings.

Proven comprehensive care for better results.  Studies consistently show the synergistic value of medication and counseling.  Medication helps improve symptoms while you work with your counselor to develop long-term, life-changing skills.
